About the role

You'll set up, run, and adjust production equipment, performing changeovers between products, dialing in machine parameters, and running first-piece quality checks before releasing a run. You'll do routine calibrations and minor maintenance, troubleshoot process drift before it becomes scrap, and record run data accurately. You're the bridge between operators and engineering: close enough to the machine to catch problems early, technical enough to explain what happened.

What you'll bring

You bring hands-on technical aptitude with production equipment, a methodical approach to setups and checks, and good instincts for when a machine sounds wrong. You document what you do, share what you learn with the shift, and stay calm when a changeover is running behind.
