About the role

You'll maintain and improve the quality management system: writing and revising SOPs, running internal audits, managing document control, and tracking corrective and preventive actions to closure. You'll review batch or process records for release, coordinate supplier quality questionnaires and audits, and prepare the organization for customer and regulatory inspections. When a nonconformance surfaces, you'll steer the investigation to a documented, defensible conclusion.

What you'll bring

You know quality systems from the inside: how audits actually run, why document control matters, and what a good CAPA looks like. You're detail-oriented and diplomatic, able to hold colleagues to procedure without becoming the department everyone avoids.
