We're hiring a Clinical Trial Coordinator for our Ottawa location.

Cascade Therapeutics is a regional biotech and life sciences group with 11 locations across the Ottawa region, headquartered in Ottawa. Founded in 2008, our scientists and lab professionals serve clients and customers throughout the region with a hands-on, locally rooted approach.
About the role
You'll keep clinical trials running on schedule and on protocol. Day to day you'll screen and enroll participants, book study visits, collect and enter case report data, maintain regulatory binders, and track investigational product accountability. You'll be the main contact for participants, answering questions and following up on missed visits, and you'll prepare sites for monitoring visits and audits by sponsors and research ethics boards.
What you'll bring
You bring experience in a clinical or research setting and a genuine care for participant wellbeing. You're organized enough to juggle multiple protocols at once, meticulous with documentation, and calm when a monitor flags a discrepancy. Familiarity with GCP and ethics submissions is a strong asset.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in health sciences or a related field
- Experience coordinating clinical trials or supporting clinical research
- Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and research ethics board processes
- Eligibility to work in Canada
